What do I need to bring to the College to enrol on an Access to HE course?
Please download and complete all forms listed below:
- Student File form
- Consent form
- Fees form
- Self Declaration form – to be completed by students aged 24 or under who do not hold a Level 3 qualification.
- Direct debit mandate form (if you’re planning to pay for this course in instalments)
Don’t forget to bring your completed forms to your enrolment session!
Please also bring:
- Identification – either a passport, birth certificate, or national insurance number.
- Proof of Additional Learning Support, if required.

Information about Advanced Learner Loans
Are you aged 19 or over? You might be eligible for an Advanced Learner Loan!
These loans can be used to cover either the entire total of your tuition fees, or to pay for part of them. Most leaners aged 19+ who are studying a Level 3, 4, 5, or 6 qualification are eligible to apply for these loans.
Please note that if you’re planning to apply for these loans, you’ll need to have the paperwork in place before your enrolment session.
