We think all jobs in education are some of the most important and fulfilling jobs in the world – helping people realise their potential, helping businesses grow and improve, and helping build strong and vibrant communities.
At NHC, we’re currently working towards an ambitious five-year strategy – we want to be Outstanding by 2023. To realise our strategy, we need the best people working with us. We’re keen to build on our already amazing team, all of whom share our passion, pace, and commitment to helping our students achieve their goals. If you share our passion, we want to hear from you!
North Hertfordshire College is proud to be part of the Hart Learning Group, a charitable organisation that brings educational opportunities to all members of the community – from early-years children right through to career-changing adults! The Group is made up of a range of organisations in the Hertfordshire area, including the STEM Discovery Centre, Hart Learning & Development, and the Hart Schools Trust (made up of Roebuck Academy and The Thomas Alleyne Academy).
The Hart Learning Group’s mission is simple: creating social and economic value in the local area through quality learning opportunities.
Through the Group, North Hertfordshire College is able to do just that! We provide a wide range of educational opportunities to the community, from valuable industry experiences with our exciting new Construction Hub to future-proofed qualifications with our strong network of employer connections. Whether you’re a school leaver about to take the next step into your future, an adult looking to explore a new hobby, or anyone else in between, NHC and the Hart Learning Group have the perfect opportunity for you.
