Emily worked her way up from a Level 2 catering course to her Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Professional Cookery at North Hertfordshire College. Along the way, she regularly volunteered at events to cook alongside established chefs and competed in national competitions – she even claimed the title of Young Risotto Chef of the Year at one competition!
Now, Emily is a Commis Pastry Chef at the Mandarin Oriental!
