We have developed strong links with the local community over many years, through our tutors’ industry experience and our network of successful alumni. We continue to expand and nurture these relationships so that we can continue to offer great opportunities to our students. As a student on an NHC Hospitality & Catering course, you’ll benefit from regular talks and demonstrations from guest speakers from across the hospitality and catering sector, as well as the opportunity to attend external trips to hospitality establishments and competitions.

Work experience opportunities include placements in a variety of hospitality and catering organisations. This includes Michelin-starred restaurants, some of the best local restaurants in Hertfordshire, and prestigious fine dining establishments in London.
