Follow in Millie’s footsteps

Millie chose to study a Science course at NHC for a more hands-on learning experience, with lots of opportunities for practical sessions. As part of her NHC journey, she applied to the Upskill Empowered Females in STEM programme on the recommendation of her tutor. The programme saw her meet other female students who were also studying science, and Millie was even mentored by a female scientist who coached her on how to achieve her goals.

Thanks to the knowledge and skills Millie gained on her NHC journey, and the support from her tutors, Millie is now completing a degree apprenticeship with Astrazeneca.
