What do I need to bring to the College to enrol on a Counselling course?
Please download and complete all forms listed below:
- Direct debit mandate form (if you’re planning to pay for this course in instalments)
Don’t forget to bring your completed forms to your enrolment session!
Please also bring:
- Identification – either a passport, birth certificate, or national insurance number.
- Proof of Additional Learning Support, if required.
- Evidence of your previous qualifications discussed at your interview.
If you would like to pay for your course in instalments, please complete the direct debit mandate and bring this form to your enrolment appointment.

Course tuition fees:
Course fees: £550
How to pay: You can choose between a one off payment or an instalment plan. If you choose an instalment plan, you’ll pay 40% of your tuition fees on enrolment and then the rest over 3 monthly payments.
Course fees: £811
How to pay: You can choose between a one-off payment or an instalment plan. If you choose an instalment plan, you will pay 40% of your tuition fees on enrolment and then the rest over 3 monthly payments.
Course fees: £4,670
How to pay: You can choose between a one-off payment or an instalment plan. If you choose an instalment plan, you will pay 30% of your tuition fees on enrolment and then the rest over 6 monthly payments. You can also apply for the advanced learner loan too.
Financial support for Level 4 counselling students
There are tuition fees that you’ll need to pay for the Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. The Advanced Learner Loan can help with this.
Please note that you’ll need to have been accepted for an Advanced Learner Loan before you can enrol on your course.
