To fully prepare them for confident progression into employment or higher education, our T Level learners take part in a minimum of 45-day industry placement to gain real work experience. Not only does this help them gain confidence in their future work environment, but it also helps them explore a variety of roles within their industry.
Take Olivia and Tilly, for example. They’re currently completing our T Level in Adult Nursing while working on placement at Bedford Hospital, the Child Development Centre in Kempston, and Keech Hospice.
From physiotherapy to playgroups, both Olivia and Tilly gained experience in different specialisms to help them find the role most suited to them.
