Our Sports, Coaching and Exercise Science learners have been busy working on placements in Berlin!
As part of the Turing Scheme, students have been working on placements abroad, complementing their college studies, helping them learn about different cultures, improve their language skills, and giving them valuable employability skills which are crucial for succeeding in a globalised environment.
This year, Kyle completed an international work placement coaching basketball sessions for young people in Berlin. His responsibilities included motivating his students, supporting them to improve their skills and helping them have fun, while exercising!

Students on the Turing Scheme receive grants to cover travel expenses, living costs and administrative costs, making this an accessible initiative for learners of all backgrounds.
