Electric and hybrid vehicles are the future of motor vehicles, providing a more environmentally-friendly mode of transport. In fact, the UK government has announced plans to end the sale of new petrol and diesel cars in 2030 as part of the pledge to hit net-zero carbon emissions, meaning the majority of cars on the road will soon be electric. This will also create a big shift in the skills and knowledge needed to work in vehicle maintenance and road recovery roles.
North Hertfordshire College is an IMI-approved centre for electric vehicles. As a result, joining an NHC electric vehicles course will give you access to advanced knowledge and support from the IMI team of industry specialists, and you’ll also receive accreditation to prove your understanding of electric and hybrid vehicles.
Whether you’re already working in the motor vehicle industry, or you’re looking to start your career in the sector, future-proof your career with a course in electric vehicle awareness!
