To provide comprehensive administration support for the Online Programmes and Employability Teams

  • Multi-site cover as required.


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the department
  • Manage the administration process for on-boarding students for all the online learning programmes.
  • Checking all enrolment paperwork received is compliant.
  • Contact candidates to secure missing enrolment information
  • Create and update e-portfolio accounts with key information
  • Support enquiries regarding online programme administration and employability courses.
  • Deal with customer enquiries and actively promote the products and services offered by Hart Learning and Development.
  • Support in the booking and selection of venues for the employability courses.
  • Ensure that appropriate records are kept in accordance with internal and external requirements
  • Manage invoices and finances processed within the team
  • Build relationship with a range of new and existing suppliers to maximise cost savings where possible.
  • Ensure curriculum events are effectively organised and deliver a professional service to customers at all times.
  • Any other administrative duties as and when required.
