SALARY: £80 per porfolio completion

£15 per hourly standardization meeting (Quarterly)

LOCATION: Home based



You will be responsible for the marking and development of learners work on a range on online distance learning courses.

  • Understanding of Ofsted EIF, and ability to support delivery teams to develop towards outstanding
  • Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy with high level of IT skills.
  • TAQA qualifications e.g. A1
  • Significant vocational experience in at least 4 of the below:
    • Level 2 Certificate in Equality & Diversity
    • Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service
    • Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading
    • Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems
    • Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration
    • Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism
    • Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Behaviour That Challenges
    • Level 2 Certificate in Self Harm, Suicide Awareness & Prevention
    • Level 2 Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques
  • Relevant teacher training qualification – PTTLS, DTLLS/Cert Ed (Desirable)
  • Professional, accountable and responsible work ethics.
  • Experience of teaching/training and assessment within a vocational context.
  • Capable of utilising IT applications and interactive training tools.


  • Responsible for the marking, assessment and feedback to learners on a range of Level 2 courses ensuring consistently outstanding assessment, feedback and support.
  • Ensure learner achievement is high through effective communication with Learners to ensure learners are able to make good progress through their qualifcation
  • Ensure assessment and feedback meets all awarding body standards and support learners to complete in a timely manner.
  • Contribution to standardisation meetings quarterly
