SALARY: £18,500 – £21,000, plus pension and performance-related pay

To assist with the planning, organisation and administration of all aspects of public exams and assessments which are to be conducted efficiently in the best interest of candidates.
To ensure the accurate and timely processing of all data relating to the management of student records across all funding streams relating to Group delivery.
A proven ability to engage proactively with colleagues to ensure key business process and data compliance requirements are understood and met.
Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to work independently, plan, prioritise and work effectively under pressure.
Excellent communicator, possessing ability to communicate with many people on many different levels.
Experience of working in administration and a customer focused environment.
The post holder should hold a level 2, or above in Numeracy and Literacy.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role and experience in use of learner records systems or similar databases.
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft office applications.
A proactive approach to resolving problems and queries.
