The IT Coordinator should share the Hart Learning Groups passion for the role that education can play in transforming lives and businesses. The IT Coordinator will also provide high-level administrative support and outstanding customer service when supporting the Head of Service Delivery. When administering IT Purchasing they should aim to balance value for money, future proofing and quality with the customers’ needs.

  • A keen eye for detail, computer literate, ability to work under time constraints
  • Experience or understanding of basic purchasing is advantageous
  • The ability to take ownership of an area or process
  • A hard working and self-motivated work ethic
  • Enthusiasm to succeed and learn new skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, specifically Excel
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Excellent punctuality and organisation skills
  • Knowledge of Finance and student record systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Use of a car for travelling between sites is essential for this role


  • Managing the administration of the IT and Reprographics budget
  • Managing the administration and maintenance of the IT Purchasing function within the IT department
  • Identifying improvements to current working practises
  • Covering the Service Centre when necessary
  • Administering the college print management software
  • Responsibility for maintaining the filing of contracts on SharePoint
  • Responsibility for administering the Groups relationship with Royal Mail/Quadient
  • Responsibility for the administration of the IT credit card
  • Administration of the MDM software
  • Supporting the administration of Microsoft Teams
  • Supporting the administration of SharePoint
  • Supporting the administration of student record systems
  • Supporting the administration of Integra
