SALARY: Up to £19,000 pro annum (please note, for part time roles, the salary will be pro-rata’d)

The IT Administrator should share the Hart Learning Groups passion for the role that education can play in transforming lives and businesses. The IT Administrator will also provide high-level administrative support and outstanding customer service when supporting the IT Coordinator. When assisting the IT Coordinator with the administration of IT Purchasing, they should aim to balance value for money, future proofing and quality with the customers’ needs.

  • Assisting with the managing of the administration of the IT and Reprographics budget
  • Assisting with the managing of the administration and maintenance of the IT Purchasing function within the IT department including the raising Requisitions and handling invoices.
  • Collating the necessary information to update the IT KPIs and uploading the results to SharePoint
  • Administering the mobile phone stock, mobile bills and relationships with mobile suppliers
  • Identifying improvements to current working practises
  • Covering the Service Centre when necessary
  • Completing the staff rota
  • Maintaining the filing of contracts on SharePoint
  • Administering the Groups relationship with Royal Mail/Neopost
  • General administration as required
  • Assisting with the administration of the IT credit card
  • Administering the recycling of IT Equipment and updating the asset register
