We are looking for an outstanding, passionate education manager with a background in science who is motivated and committed to the success of our students through the development and delivery of a high-quality, relevant curriculum, fun and engaging student experience and exciting industry and employer partnerships.
Located in the heart of Hertfordshire’s burgeoning lifescience sectors, you will engage with key employers and industry partners to create a future-proofed, exciting post-16 and Higher Education offer.
If you can bring science to life in a way that engages, inspires and leads to high achievement and positive progression, then you will be successful here at NHC.
Working closely with the Head of Curriculum, you will need to be a dynamic and inspirational leader whilst also having a clear, operational focus on successful outcomes for learners. You will be a science professional/teacher and require a thorough understanding of managing education quality processes with a focus on improvement in teaching, learning and assessment.
