SALARY: up to £19,000, pro rata (dependant on experience) plus pension and performance-related pay

LOCATION: Stevenage/Hitchin and working across group sites in North Hertfordshire

We are looking for an Administrator who would like to develop their skills across a number of corporate service functions within the Group. We are looking for an individual who have some experience as an Administrator and are able to adapt to work across different teams.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Demonstrable experience of providing high quality administration support
  • A willingness to develop a career within a support role
  • Knowledge of effectively managing administrative processes from beginning to end
  • Able to manage own time to ensure deadlines are met
  • Willing to work and contribute to the teams and able to work alone with minimum, supervision at times
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word and Excel
  • Level 2 maths and English

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide an efficient and high-quality administration service across the Corporate Service Teams
  • Support the teams to ensure that objectives and projects are delivered on time
  • Raise electronic purchase orders and process invoices, liaising with the Finance function as required
  • Maintain trackers and electronic documents,
  • Coordinate the recruitment process. Upload adverts onto the websites and other agreed media. Set-up, coordinate interviews and issue relevant correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Arrange Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for staff and update the Single Central Record
