Our open events are one of the best ways to find out about North Hertfordshire College and what it’s like to study with us. Whether you’re thinking of becoming an apprentice, joining a T Level, or applying for any one of our amazing 16+ courses, start your learning journey with a visit to our open events.
As part of NHC’s open events, you’ll take a tour of our amazing facilities and meet some of the excellent tutors you’ll work with on your course. There’s even a chance to chat with current students to find out about their experiences so far!

Looking to start an Access to Higher Education course with North Hertfordshire College in September 2026? You can now book a place on our ‘Fast Track’ applicant sessions.
These sessions include an interview with our tutors, a short maths and English test, and a chance to complete your skills assessments all in one evening, helping you prepare for the start of your course.
