This pathway is assessed throughout the year through a combination of assignments and exams. There are chances to complement your official qualification by taking part in enrichment activities such as fitness tests with the fire service and British Army and recreating a criminal case in the Royal Courts of Justice. Previous students have even completed real operations with local protective services to help keep their community safe.

Entry Requirements
For level 2 courses, a minimum of four GCSEs are required at grade 3 or above, including maths and English; or a level 1 qualification with maths and English at grade 3 or above.
For level 3 courses, a minimum of four GCSEs are required at grade 4 or above, including maths and English; or a level 2 qualification with maths and English at grade 4 or above.
