Entry Requirements
Four GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including maths and English or a level 2 qualification in a relevant subject area passed with merit or distinction with maths and English at grade 9-4 (or Functional Skills level 2 or above). You will also be invited to attend an interview.

You will look at how the industry markets itself and attracts customers, how you deal with customers and ensure they stay loyal, how the industry functions as a business and makes money, and the impact of current trends in travel and tourism
You will develop management skills such as delivering presentations, academic writing, working with others and problem-solving.
You will complete either work-based projects or work experience allowing you to get a real insight into the industry.
