COURSE DELIVERY

Following the latest Government announcement of a full national lockdown in England, this course will be delivered through remote online learning.

The Certificate in Human Resources Practice course:

  • Serves as an introduction to the work of Human Resource departments
  • Provides an awareness of the context of HR functions
  • Covers the key issues that impact on people at work
  • Develops the wide range of practical skills needed to work in HR
  • Supplies a platform for studies in Human Resource management

  • Understanding organisations and the role of HR
  • Recording, analysing and using HR information
