DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY FOR BEGINNERS

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO JOIN
No requirements. This course is ideal for people who have bought, or are thinking of buying, a digital camera and would like to learn the basics.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
This beginners’ course teaches the basic technical aspects of digital photography, including camera controls, artist inspiration, and composition.
HOW THE COURSE IS ASSESSED
There'll be no formal assessment.
EQUIPMENT/MATERIALS REQUIRED
- SD card
- Note pad and pen.
- It is preferable that you have your own Digital SLR camera, but there will be some available if needed.

ABOUT THE TUTOR
Kasia has been working commercially for over 15 years in a wide variety of photography, such as portraiture, events and product photography, however, her specialism is still life art photography. In addition to her professional work, Kasia has been teaching photography for hobbyists and more serious enthusiasts for eight years. She has also run projects children. Her aim is to inspire and enthuse students whilst obtaining the technical skill to be creative with their photography. Kasia enjoys passing on her experience of photography to others and is always looking ahead for new ways to develop her own shooting style.
