Our Employability offer is built around three key strands that support people aged 19+ to move closer to work, whatever their starting point or circumstances.
The team deliver personalised, high‑quality training that equips learners with the skills, knowledge, and self‑belief needed to succeed. By working closely with employers and shaping our programmes around real‑world needs, we create meaningful routes into work and long‑term career opportunities.

Sector‑Based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs)
For individuals who are near job‑ready, our SWAPs provide focused, employer‑led training that build the specific skills needed to fill real vacancies.
We work directly with local employers to design tailored programmes that reflect their needs, ensuring learners gain relevant experience and a guaranteed interview at the end of the course.
Job Clubs
Our Job Clubs help learners strengthen core employability skills, from CV writing and interview preparation to communication, teamwork, and workplace expectations.
These sessions build confidence, improve job‑search skills, and support people to take the next step towards employment.
Pre-Employability Opportunities
For those who face barriers to work, we offer flexible, personalised Pre‑Employability programmes designed to build confidence, develop essential life skills, and remove obstacles that may be holding candidates back.
These opportunities create a supportive pathway into learning and employment, helping individuals progress at a pace that works for them.

Our Employability courses are fully funded for those who are unemployed or in receipt of a low income. Most of our referrals come from the JobCentre, get in touch with your Job Coach and enquire about Employability opportunities near you.

All of our courses are delivered face to face alongside other Employability students looking to develop their skills and expertise. Our Employability coaches work alongside you to get you the results you need.
