This pathway is assessed through assignment-based work, practical assessments, and exams. Throughout your learning journey, you’ll receive support from tutors with regular 1:1 check-ins to assess your confidence in the core skills our employer partners are looking for. This includes communication, information analysis, and self-management.
As well as practical and theoretical sessions, you’ll have opportunities to hear from guest speakers and take part in enrichment activities at local universities and fitness institutions. This is the perfect opportunity to put your learning into practice and see how all the theory comes together in the sport and physical activity sector.
You’ll also have a chance to support your CV by taking part in the built-in work experience points throughout your learning journey. Previous students have completed work experience in hospitals, gyms, professional football clubs, and even Formula 1 teams – where will your NHC journey take you?
