Where Will I Study?

The Stevenage Centre was opened in March 2003 by Her Majesty the Queen and is one of the biggest capital-build projects for Further Education in the UK. This pioneering, state-of-the-art centre creates an exciting environment for students, and, utilising cutting-edge technology, the centre places North Hertfordshire College at the forefront of teaching and learning in the 21st Century. Courses here include A levels, business, science, childhood studies, health & social care, skills for life and hair & beauty.

At the Stevenage Skills Centre, we provide construction and motor vehicle engineering training, including Apprenticeships and Diplomas, in automotive technology, brickwork, carpentry, electrical installation, plastering and plumbing. These skill-focused qualifications are an excellent foundation for a career in the construction and automotive sector, and are delivered in state-of-the-art, very well-equipped facilities.

Our Hitchin Centre on Cambridge road is due to be redeveloped over the next couple of years. We currently have an onsite nursery and sports centre. Programmes at the Hitchin Centre include travel & tourism, IT & business (HE), music, sports and public services.

The CfA offers performing arts, art, design & media, catering & hospitality, hairdressing and beauty & holistic therapies. Here, our restaurant Indulge, hair salon Enhance and beauty salon Energise are all open to the public.

The Goldsmith Centre for Business in Letchworth is dedicated to providing a one-stop solution for training, development and partnerships with industry on specific projects. The centre also hosts a new and vibrant conference centre serving the business needs of the community.
