Interviews
You will be sent an interview letter and pack approximately two weeks from receipt of your
application. Please note, due to the nature of some courses this process can sometimes take longer to arrange e.g. those requiring an audition.
After your interview
Unconditional Offer
If you already have the required qualifications to study at the college, you may be made an unconditional offer e.g. there are no conditions.
Conditional Offer
If you are waiting examination results, practical test results or a school reference, you may be made a conditional offer based on this. The offer will be outlined to you by the tutor.
If your offer is based on examination results you will be required to show evidence of these in order to meet the conditions of
your offer.
If you do not obtain the required grades to join a course, please contact central enquiries on 01462 424242 or your academy administrator if you have been advised to do so. We are committed in providing advice to assist you with course choices.
Offer Letter
An offer letter will be sent to you with an acceptance slip. Please complete this as appropriate and return via the FREEPOST address.
Taster Days
You may be invited to attend a taster session before the beginning of your course. Details will be sent to you at a later date.
Enrolment
A letter will be sent to you at a later date to invite you to attend an enrolment session where registration on to your course will take place.
Students from outside the UK
As a sponsor licence holder of the UK Boarder Agency registered as tier 4, please visit
www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk for details, we may ask you to provide copies of essential documentation to enable us to look at each case individually e.g. passport or visa details.
Depending on circumstances you may be required to pay overseas tuition fees. A good standard of English is required, however, support to improve essential skills is available.
For any overseas qualifications, we will require these to be translated via UK NARIC - the National Agency responsible for providing information, advice and expert opinion on vocational, academic and professional skills and qualifications from over 180 countries worldwide.
