Catering and Hospitality students are coming into college during half term to put on an extra special entrepreneurial Valentines Theme Evening on 14th February at Indulge Restaurant.
As a team the students have designed the restaurant décor along with the complete menu including arrival drinks, canapés, starter, main course, dessert and petit fours to accompany tea and coffee. Members of staff will be stepping back and allowing the students to take complete responsibility for running the restaurant throughout the evening.
