We've launched a brand new guarantee for full-time study programme students aged 16 to 18.
We’re going to guarantee you progression into a job, apprenticeship or further learning. All you have to do is consistently attend college, abide by our code of conduct and successfully complete your main qualification.
If you do those three really important things, we guarantee that you’ll progress into a job, apprenticeship or a further learning at the college or in higher education – and if you don’t we’ll give you £1,000.
That’s how confident we are in the courses we offer and the support we provide to help you get where you want to be in life.
WHY ARE WE OFFERING THE GUARANTEE?
We think it’s our job to help you get you where you want to be in life.
Everything we do is about helping you prepare for the career and the life that you want. Over the last year our friends in Hart Learning & Development have been working with businesses of all sizes and in different sectors to develop a really clear view of what makes young people employable.
We’re reflecting that employability standard in everything we do, to make sure that your study programme prepares you for the reality of what comes after college – whether that’s a job, and apprenticeship or further learning.
We’re confident enough in the quality of our teaching, the work we do to help students prepare for what comes next – and in our relationships with business, through Hart L&D – that we’re ready to guarantee that our students will progress if you properly engage with your study programme.

If you do your bit, we guarantee that you’ll progress into one of:
Further learning at NHC
For students with learning difficulties and disabilities, destinations covered by the guarantee also include internal or external work placement opportunities, volunteering or moving into independent living.
