I studied at NHC in the Travel and Tourism department picking up four different qualifications. I now work as a Customer Service Agent for Menzies Aviation at London Luton Airport. We are in charge of check-in, departures and arrivals for easyJet and their customers.

From studying I gained great qualifications and knowledge of the Travel and Tourism industry, plus I had a lot of fun in the mean time! I chose to study at NHC because I had an interest in the Travel and Tourism Industry and the other colleges’ tourism departments didn’t look as good.

I would say to those thinking about what to do after leaving school, to get as much information as you can before starting on any courses and think about what you would like to do; I knew Travel and Tourism was for me but not everyone is as sure. The team at NHC are really helpful and have lots of ideas if you don’t.
