Legal Case

The Legal Case is self explanatory and since April 2007 all public sector bodies have a duty to give due regard to the need to eliminate unlawful discrimination and to promote equality.

 

The specific statutory requirements and our compliance procedures are published on the College website which is open to the public. A complete review of all College Equality and Diversity Policy and processes was completed by external consultant in 2007.
