Alistair, an Aeronautical Engineer, originaly on Airbus wing design, marketing business jets, airliners and missile systems, later moved on to satellite marketing and is now the PR & Communications Adviser at Astrium, Stevenage. He also spent 25 years in the TA, commanding a local Gun Battery, then 2i/c 100 Regt and 49 Brigade Staff Officer.

Caroline is a part-time Lecturer in Computing Science at the University of Hertfordshire and has a huge range of voluntary commitments throughout the county. She is a magistrate & has been actively involved with the Probation Service and with charities concerned with "at risk" young people (including Wheels). John holds the very important Environment Port-Folio at Stevenage Borough Council. Originally an electronics engineer John worked as a Project Director for British Aerospace in the UK and the USA. He has a long interest and experience in education, having served as a Governor with Luton Sixth Form College before his appointment at North Hertfordshire College.
