The newly refurbished Fit4Less gym in Stevenage is officially launching on Tuesday 31st January from 4pm – 8pm.
Come along and see the fantastic newly refurbished facilities, speak to experts about diet, nutrition and exercise advice and sign up as a member of Fit4Less Stevenage. NHC Staff and students can enjoy monthly membership for just £10.99 per month when signing up for a 12 month contract.
There are some great stalls, sessions and entertainment to look forward to at the launch evening next week. Including a health food stall and a sports clothing and footwear stall, five minute focus sessions with Personal Trainers, free neck and shoulder massages, a DJ and street dance performances from Younique.
Fit4Less gym are running courses which enable students to study fitness qualifications and learn in a real world environment. Once qualified, students will also have the opportunity to hire facilities at the gym and start their own personal training, sports therapy, sports massage or beauty treatment businesses.
