Childhood Studies

NHC offers an excellent range of courses and is the perfect starting point for school leavers and adults interested in a career in Childcare and Education or Playwork. We offer a range of full and part-time courses that cover all aspects of Childcare and Playwork.

We offer students the chance to progress from Entry level right through to a Foundation Degree in Early Years. Childhood Studies offer a range of vocational (job-related) courses at all levels, leading towards employment or to further study in higher education.

We are proud of the standard of our work placements, which form an integral part of the Level 2 and Level 3 courses. These courses provide students with the high standard of training required to begin working with children.
