The Travel and Tourism team are fantastic, they make learning so much fun! They show their students a lot of respect and treat them as equals which makes it easier to learn. They deliver the courses in so many different ways such as field trips, training days, role plays and teamwork-based lessons. Some of the modules I studied included customer service, selling skills and employability skills. The course was just what I was looking for to go on to work in the Industry.

Since NHC I’ve undertook my Cabin Crew training with RyanAir and I am now a Customer Service Supervisor. I regularly fly all around Europe to places such as Dublin, Malta and Bergamo (Italy).
