Housing and accommodation lists are available for Full Time Higher Education (HE) Students and other students aged 18 or over.
Higher Education Students
Residential accommodation is available in Hitchin and Stevenage to Higher Education Students or Further Education (FE) Students over 18.
Briar Patch
North Hertfordshire College provides supported housing facilities for full-time students, in association with Springboard Housing Association, at Briar Patch, Letchworth.
Many of the students will be attending courses for young people with learning difficulties, but some accommodation is available to Students on Higher Education Courses.
The study bedrooms are housed in 2 blocks, with shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities and a communal lounge.

Griffin Homes
Griffin Homes is based on site at the Lister Hospital in Stevenage. Rooms are fully furnished and are for single occupancy only. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared and proof will be required from the College or University of attendance on a full time course in order to receive exemption from Council Tax.
The majority of people living in this accommodation are hospital staff that work shifts.
The accommodation is easily accessible to Stevenage Old Town. The Lister Hospital is also on a good transport route to Stevenage New Town and both the Stevenage and Hitchin Centres of the College.
