North Hertfordshire College’s Centre for the Arts has hosted an open casting day for The World’s End, a new feature film from the director and producers of ‘Shaun of the Dead’ and ‘Hot Fuzz’.
Over 250 students, staff and members of the public attended the casting on Tuesday in the hope of appearing as extras on the big screen. Lots of NHC staff and students have been call backs to attend further castings and will hopefully appear as extras in the film when it’s released.
The World’s End will be filmed in and around Letchworth Garden City and Welwyn Garden City over the coming months.
If you’re interested in a career within the performing and production arts industry you can still enrol onto a full-time course at NHC. Call 01462 424242 for more information.
