COMPLAINTS FORM

If you have already raised a concern using our Concern Form  but feel your issue has not been resolved you can now escalate your concern to a complaint by following the instructions below.

IF YOU MAKE A COMPLAINT USING THIS FORM

  1. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days
  2. We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and fairly
  3. We will confirm the outcome of our investigation and (if appropriate) any actions we plan to take to remedy any issues within 20 working days

    If you are not satisfied with how your complaint is handled you may write to the Principalship, at North Hertfordshire College, Monkswood Way, Stevenage, Herts. SG1 1LA.
