At NHC you can study for a degree right on your doorstep!

We offer a range of Foundation Degrees validated by the University of Hertfordshire, and one by the University of Bedfordshire.  Depending on the subject you choose your course will be studied at either our Stevenage or Hitchin Campuses. We offer a supportive environment where all programmes are delivered by well–qualified and experienced tutors with links to industry, who will help students to develop their full potential.

Our campuses have good transport access, and are 5 minutes walk in each case from the main line train-link from London Kings Cross (approx 25/30 minutes by fast train).

Students have full access to university facilities and resources, as well as resources at NHC.

Kieran Whiteman

Foundation Degree in IT *

"I was enthusiastic to study in an environment that had personal teaching and with full access to the facilities at both the university and North Hertfordshire College. The highlight of the course for me was my educational trip to Beijing in the first year."

"When completing your foundation degree, your options are endless – you have the opportunity and connections to study abroad as well as top up your degree at the university."  (*Note: This course has now changed its name to Foundation Degree Computing Technologies)
